Beirut, March 10 (QNA) – Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun discussed the latest developments in the Middle East and the course of the Israeli attacks on Lebanon in a telephone call with his Egyptian counterpart, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, on Tuesday.
During the call, El-Sisi affirmed that Egypt supports Lebanon, including its government, people, and military, and stands in solidarity with the country during the current circumstances Lebanon is facing.
He noted that Egypt has dispatched humanitarian aid to support ongoing efforts to care for the displaced people in Lebanon who were forced to leave their homes due to the Israeli belligerent acts. (QNA)
