Amman, July 21 (Petra) – The Commander of the 82nd Jordanian Field Hospital Force in the Gaza Strip received a delegation of local community leaders and representatives of medical institutions who expressed appreciation for Jordan’s humanitarian efforts under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II in supporting the resilience of the people in Gaza.

The delegation praised the hospital’s role in providing essential medical services amid the dire humanitarian conditions, underscoring that such efforts reflect the strong ties between the two peoples and Jordan’s unwavering position on the Palestinian cause.

They also commended the hospital’s initiatives, particularly the extension of a potable water pipeline, citing its significant impact on improving living conditions and meeting basic needs.

For his part, the Commander of the Hospital Force stressed that the medical and humanitarian support provided stems from royal directives and reflects Jordan’s enduring commitment to its Palestinian brothers, grounded in fraternal and humanitarian duty.
