Amman, January 4 (Petra) – The Executive Committee of the House of Representatives convened on Sunday with the participation of members of the Standing Committee and representatives of parliamentary blocs.
During the meeting, participants agreed to form a committee tasked with drafting proposals to amend the House’s bylaws. The committee decided to organise field visits for parliamentary blocs in a manner that does not interfere with the work of standing parliamentary committees.
It agreed to coordinate with the blocs on distributing parliamentary questions for inclusion on the agendas of oversight sessions.
Attendees further agreed to hold regular Executive Committee meetings, with the participation of Standing Committee members and bloc leaders, to keep parliamentary blocs informed of the latest developments and to receive observations aimed at strengthening coordination of parliamentary work.
