Amman, Oct. 11 (Petra) – The French Presidency announced that President Emmanuel Macron will visit Egypt on Monday as part of efforts to support the implementation of the Gaza peace plan brokered by U.S. President Donald Trump.
According to Agence France-Presse, the Elysée Palace said Macron will reaffirm during the visit Paris’s support for a two-state solution and its commitment to achieving long-term stability in the region. The statement added that Macron will discuss with regional partners the next steps for implementing the plan and mechanisms to strengthen peace in Gaza and the broader region.
