Wellington, August 02 (QNA) – An earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale struck, on Sunday, off the east coast of New Zealand’s North Island.
The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC)آ reported that the quake occurred at a depth of 53 kilometers.
There have been no reports of casualties or material damage due to the earthquake so far. (QNA)
