Riyadh, August 20 (QNA) – The Media Committee of the 27th Arabian Gulf Cup (Gulf 27) reviewed the latest preparations for the tournament, which will be hosted by Saudi Arabia from Sep. 23 to Oct. 6, with eight Gulf national teams taking part.
During its second meeting, held via videoconference and chaired by Khalid Mubarak Al Kuwari, Chairman of the Committee, the committee discussed the latest developments concerning media operations for the tournament, as well as a number of media plans and programs.
It was agreed to organize a workshop for the media coordinators of the participating teams next month, along with three workshops for members of the local media committee covering media operations, press conference management and photography.
The meeting also reviewed a report on the latest developments in the tournament’s media preparations and the work completed during the previous period.
The committee discussed the next steps and adopted a number of related decisions aimed at further enhancing the readiness of the tournament’s media operations. (QNA)
