The Governor of Darfur Region, Minni Arko Minawi, affirmed the state’s commitment to providing comprehensive healthcare for those wounded in military operations and ensuring the availability of the necessary medical assistance. The remarks came during a visit on Friday to the Military Medical Hospital in Omdurman, where Minawi inspected personnel wounded in the battles in North Kordofan. Accompanied by Darfur’s Minister of Health Dr. Babiker Hamadain, the humanitarian affairs coordinator and leaders of the Joint Force, Minawi praised the military progress achieved by the Sudanese Armed Forces and the Joint Force. He also commended the high morale, patience and resilience displayed by the wounded, reaffirming the state’s commitment to caring for them and honoring the sacrifices of the martyrs and the wounded.BH/BH
