Khartoum, 18 May 2026 (SUNA) – The Minister of Youth and Sports, Professor Ahmed Adam Ahmed, issued a decision forming the Board of Directors of the Youth and Sports Activities Support Fund, in accordance with the provisions of the Youth and Sports Support Act of 2002. The decision annulled the previous formation of the fund’s board and replaced it with the new structure effective from the date of signing.The board includes:·        Dr. Hassan Mohamed Abdullah Al-Zarouq – Chairman ·        Engineer Ezz-Eddin Al-Hajj Hassan Abdelrazig – Rapporteur ·        Members: Prof. Awad Yasin, Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Kamal Hassan Kamel, Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Al-Fadil Al-Juzouli Mustafa Hakim, Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Hassan Osman Hassan, Al-Fadil Hassan Mohamed Hassan Abu Shanab, Tarig Abdelsalam Diab, Sami Adam Sharif, Sharif Fadl Al-Mawla Al-Sadig, Jamal Mohamed Abdullah Al-Wali, Sabri Sharif Al-Khandaqawi, Mohamed Sabeel Mahdi Sabeel, and Hussein Mohamed Hassan. The board is mandated to develop policies for supporting youth and sports activities, implement state policies, develop infrastructure, promote investment in sports, and strengthen international cooperation with relevant organizations.BH/BH
