Amman, May 23 (Petra)– The majority of the Kingdom will see moderate temperatures on Friday, while the Badia, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba will experience relatively hot temperatures. Dust storms, particularly in the eastern Badia, will be caused by moderately fast northwesterly winds that occasionally become active, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
The highest and lowest temperatures in Amman today are between 30 and 16 degrees Celsius in the eastern part of the city, 28 to 14 in the western part, 24 to 14 in the northern highlands, 25 to 13 in the Shara highlands, 33 to 15 in the Badia regions, 30 to 16 in the plains regions, 33 to 19 in the northern Jordan Valley, 35 to 23 in the southern Jordan Valley, 34 to 22 in the Dead Sea, and 35 to 22 degrees Celsius in the Gulf of Aqaba.
