Amman, Sep.20 (Petra) – The weather on Saturday will be moderate almost countrywide and blazing in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), a slight rise in temperatures is forecast Sunday. The weather will be moderate over the mountainous areas and plains, and relatively hot in the Badia region, while it will be blistering in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
On Monday, the weather will remain substantially unchanged countrywide, with easterly to northeasterly moderate winds.
On Tuesday, mercury will rise slightly. The weather will be relatively hot almost nationwide and sweltering in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba.
Also today, maximum and minimum temperatures in Amman range between 30-18 degrees Celsius, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a scorching 38C, dropping to 26C at night.
