2026 (ONA) — The Muscat Stock Exchange “30” index concluded today’s
trading session at 7,028.16 points, advancing 135.7 points—a robust gain of
1.97 percent from the previous close of 6,892.43 points.
Trading value
soared to RO 82,170,445, marking a substantial 39.5 percent increase compared
to the prior session’s RO 58,893,837.
Market
capitalization rose by 0.988 percent relative to the last trading day, reaching
approximately RO 35.27 billion, according to the official report issued by the MSX.
Non-Omani investors recorded purchases totalling
RO 9,066,000, constituting 11.03 percent of overall trading activity, while
sales by non-Omani investors amounted to RO 9,791,000, representing 11.92
percent. Net non-Omani investment registered a decline of RO 725,000, or 0.88
percent.
