Muscat, March 28 (QNA) – The market value of the Muscat Stock Exchange rose to approximately OMR 37.5 billion last week, gaining OMR 257 million.
The main index climbed 200 points to close at 7,967, supported by strong buying from local investment funds ahead of first-quarter earnings. Sector indices also posted broad gains, led by financials.
Average daily trading increased to OMR 76.1 million, with most stocks recording gains during the week. (QNA)
