Makkah, August 06 (QNA) -The Muslim World League strongly condemned on Thursday the continued Israeli violations in the Gaza Strip, targeting civilians, vital facilities, and civilian infrastructure.
In a statement, Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al Issa, denounced the Israeli violations in Gaza and across the occupied Palestinian territories, describing them as unacceptable and stressing that they constitute a violation of religious values, international law, and international norms, while undermining efforts to achieve peace.
He also referred to the statement issued by Arab and Islamic countries addressing these violations and protecting the Palestinian people and their legitimate rights. He stressed the urgent need for the international community to fulfill its moral and legal responsibilities and take immediate action to halt all Israeli violations in the occupied Palestinian territories.
