Beirut, April 6 (QNA) – One person was killed and four others were injured Monday in two Israeli airstrikes targeting southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health stated in a press release that an Israeli airstrike targeted a motorcycle in the town of Hamadieh in the Tyre district, killing one person. Another airstrike targeted a truck in the town of Mayfadoun in the Nabatieh district, injuring four civilians.
Israeli warplanes launched a series of additional airstrikes targeting several areas in the south, bringing the death toll from the ongoing aggression since the beginning of last month to 1,497, and the number of injured to 4,639 since March 2. (QNA)
