Over 100 Israeli Settlers Storm Al-Aqsa Mosque

Occupied Jerusalem And Ramallah, Aug. 9 (Petra) — More than 100
settlers stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday under
protection of Israeli occupation police.

The extremist groups conducted tours and provocative Talmudic
rituals, amid tightened restrictions on worshippers entering the
mosque.

In Hebron governorate, six Palestinians were injured, one by live
fire, during a settler attack on Wadi al-Rakhim village south of
Yatta, Palestinian sources said. Five others, including women, were
hurt after being beaten.

Occupation forces opened fire on a shepherd in the town of Idhna,
killing three sheep and wounding several others.

Separately, occupation forces carried out a wave of raids and
incursions across the West Bank, arresting and detaining Palestinians
and conducting field interrogations.

The Palestinian Prisoners Club (PPC) reported 15 Palestinians were
arrested on claims they were wanted.

In Jenin, the forces seized a house in Arraba town to establsih a
military post.
