Islamabad, April 20 (QNA) – Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and European Council President Antonio Costa exchanged views on the current situation in the Middle East during a telephone call today.
Both sides emphasized the need to continue dialogue and diplomacy to ensure global and regional security.
The Pakistani Prime Minister briefed the European Council President on Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts and endeavors to achieve peace in the region.
For his part, Costa affirmed the European Union’s full support for this process. (QNA)
