Amman, August 19 (Petra) – Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan and Lebanese counterpart Nawaf Salam on Tuesday agreed to hold the Jordanian-Lebanese Joint Higher Committee this year.
During the second round of talks at a luncheon hosted by PM Hassan in honor of Lebanon’s premier and accompanying delegation, the two sides announced the committee will focus on the trade, transportation, and energy sectors to expand bilateral cooperation in the coming period.
