Amman, Sept 2 (Petra) – Prime Minister Jaafar Hassan on Tuesday met World Economic Forum (WEF) President and CEO Borge Brende and his accompanying delegation at the Prime Ministry in Amman.
Talks focused on ways to strengthen cooperation between Jordan and the Forum, with both sides stressing the importance of the Kingdom hosting the FutrForum 2025, organized by the National Council for Future Technology in cooperation with the WEF.
They also underlined the significance of the issues being discussed at the Forum, which opened earlier in the day under the patronage of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II and will run for two days.
Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smeirat attended the meeting.
