Amman, June 21 (Petra) — The Public Security Directorate (PSD) said it had received many reports since Saturday morning that drones and suspicious objects fell in several locations in Jordan.
These damaged a home and a vehicle only in one location in the Thuneibah area of ??Ramtha in the north of the Kingdom, it said, adding that otherwise, there were no casualties or reports of damage in any other location.
Relevant security and military agencies are now dealing with the objects and investigating the incidents, it said.
The PSD repeated a warning not to approach any suspicious objects, which might be extremely dangerous due to the explosive or toxic materials they may contain.
It urged the public for cooperation and to call the emergency number 911 to report such incidents in order that relevant agencies deal with and examine them.
