Doha, August 26 (QNA) – The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that took place in Niger State in the central part of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, which resulted in fatalities and the abduction of dozens of people.
In a statement issued Wednesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar’s firm position rejecting violence, terrorism, and criminal acts, regardless of their motives or causes.
The Ministry conveyed the State of Qatar’s condolences to the families of the victims, as well as to the government and people of Nigeria, and expressed its hope for the safety of those abducted and their swift return to their families. (QNA)
