Doha, April 15 (QNA) – The State of Qatar participated in the inaugural GCC–Asia meeting of Directors-General of Criminal Investigation and Criminal Search, held via video conference.
The Qatari delegation was headed by Director-General of Criminal Investigation Major General Mohammed Ibrahim Al Jufairi.
The meeting addressed the exchange of criminal data, the enhancement of joint policing operations, and initiatives for training and capacity building.
Discussions also focused on coordinating efforts to tackle emerging security challenges and threats.
This participation comes within the framework of enhancing police capabilities and expanding areas of GCC–Asian partnership. (QNA)
