Doha, May 25 (QNA) – Qatar’s government services platform, Hukoomi, has announced a comprehensive technical upgrade to its website and mobile application ahead of the launch of a new and enhanced version of the platform.
The updates, which come into effect on Monday, are part of efforts to develop a new generation of digital government services in line with Qatar’s digital transformation strategy.
Authorities said the upgraded platform is designed to meet the evolving needs of society while supporting the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030 and the country’s Digital Agenda 2030.
As part of the transition, the current version of the Hukoomi mobile application will cease operating from Monday, with users being redirected to the new platform to access updated digital services and features.
Users seeking assistance or additional information have been advised to contact the Government Contact Center on 109.
The move reflects Qatar’s broader push to expand digital public services and improve access to government transactions through unified online platforms. (QNA)
