Doha, August 18 (QNA) – Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index gained by 7.54 points, or 0.08%, at the start of Tuesday’s trading, reaching 9,899 points, supported by five sectors.
The market data showed gains in Industrials (+0.78%), Transportation (+0.32%), Insurance (+0.27%), Real Estate (+0.02%), and Telecoms (+0.02%). Meanwhile, the performance was negative for Banks and Financial Services and Consumer Goods and Services (-0.27%).
By 10:00 am, turnover stood at QR 78.461 million, with 20.491 million shares traded in 2,766 transactions, according to QSE data. (QNA)
