Doha, August 13 (QNA) – The Qatar Stars League (QSL) has announced schedule for Qatar Cup 2026, the tournament’s rescheduled edition which was previously announced for 2025-2026 season.
The tournament will feature the top four clubs from final standings of 2025-2026 season Doha Bank Stars League – Al Sadd, Al Shamal, Al Rayyan and Al Gharafa.
The two semifinal matches are scheduled for September 1, 2026. Khalifa International Stadium will host the match between Al Sadd and Al Gharafa, while Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium of Al Sadd club will host the match between Al Shamal and Al Rayyan.
QSL has also set the date for the final match, to be played on December 11, 2026, at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.
According to the tournament regulations, if any match ends in a draw after regulation time, penalty kicks will be used to determine the winner. (QNA)
