Doha, August 13 (QNA) – The volume of real estate trading in sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice from August 2-6 reached QAR 353,406,706, meanwhile the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period is QAR 23,813,514, bringing the total trading value for the week to QAR 377.22 million.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant land, residences, commercial shops, a hotel, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Thakhira and Al Shamal, and areas of Al Kharaej, Lusail 69, The Pearl, Legtaifiya.
The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department between July 26-30 exceeded QAR 400 million. (QNA)
