Moscow, Aug. 3 (Petra) — Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail
Galuzin said on Monday that Russia has not rejected negotiations with
Ukraine, emphasizing Moscow’s readiness to consider proposals that
advance a political settlement and end the conflict with Kyiv.
Speaking at a conference, Galuzin reiterated that Russian officials
have consistently stated Moscow’s openness to dialogue, noting that
Russia remains willing to consider constructive initiatives and that
presenting such proposals does not depend solely on the Russian side.
