Riyadh, March 21 (QNA) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia strongly condemned today the Israeli aggression targeting military infrastructure in southern Syria, describing it as a flagrant violation of international law and Syria’s sovereignty.
In a statement reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Ministry said: “Saudi Arabia reiterates its rejection of this blatant aggression and of Israel’s violation of the 1974 Disengagement Agreement. The Kingdom renews its call to the international community to put an end to Israel’s violations of international laws and norms.”
The statement also affirmed the Kingdom’s solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic and its support for all efforts aimed at preserving its sovereignty, maintaining its territorial integrity and unity, and achieving security and stability for its people. (QNA)
