Riyadh, March 11 (QNA) – The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced Wednesday evening the interception and destruction of a drone in the Empty Quarter heading towards the Shaybah oil field.
The ministry’s spokesperson Major General Turki Al Maliki stated in a press release that a drone was intercepted and destroyed in Empty Quarter while en route to the Shaybah oil field.
Earlier today, the Saudi Ministry of Defense announced the interception and destruction of five drones in the Empty Quarter heading towards the Shaybah oil field, and the interception and destruction of six drones in the Eastern Province. (QNA)
