Edition of “Scale” Award for Tech Startups Launched

1 Sep (ONA) — The “Scale” Award for tech startups has launched its
second edition, aimed at supporting and empowering emerging enterprises while
fostering an environment of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Sultanate of
Oman.
The
second edition of the award is organized in collaboration with strategic partners
from both the public and private sectors, underscoring the importance of
partnerships between the “ITHCA” Group and various governmental and
private institutions.
This
initiative reinforces the award’s national role in stimulating promising
economic sectors and opening new horizons for entrepreneurs. The award provides
a comprehensive platform for tech startups, including technical and advisory
support, funding opportunities, and networking with investors and experts in
local and regional markets.
The
program features multiple phases, beginning with open registration for all
interested entrepreneurs according to available tracks or direct nomination by
relevant entities. This is followed by the selection of the best projects to
present before the judging committee during the exhibition days, culminating in
the recognition of winners and the provision of support and guidance to
accelerate their growth in the market.
