Amman, June 29 (Petra) – The International Federation for Businessmen and Women (IFB) has appointed Sharifa Badour Abdelilah Bint Rabian as the new president of Jordan branch.
According to an IFB statement on Sunday, Sharifa Badour’s term is a renewable 4- year tenure, as the decision mandates her to represent the federation before the Kingdom’s official and private entities and oversee implementation of its policies and strategies.
The statement added that Sharifa Badour would also work to open new IFB branches across the Kingdom and manage structural and operational affairs.
Under Sharifa Badour’s mandate, she can invite branch meetings, recruit new members, organize events, forums, and economic exhibitions in cooperation with relevant authorities, and submit periodic reports on Jordan’s branch progress.
The decision affirmed the branch’s “commitment” to implement the rules and regulations approved by the IFB administration in Jordan.
