Amman, July 16 (Petra) – The Social Security Corporation (SSC) announced allocation of 239 permanent total and partial natural disability pensions during the first half of 2025, bringing the cumulative number to 28,531 salaries.
In a statement on Wednesday, the SSC said the subscriber’s service must terminate to meet eligibility criteria to receive any type of the disability retirement.
The corporation added that the subscriber must submit a disability pension allocation request within a maximum 6-month period from the date of service termination.
Additionally, the subscriber must have already paid minimum 60 actual contributions, including 24 consecutive subscription payments, as well as a certified disability letter issued by a decision from the SSC’s medical committees.
