Khartoum, April 10, 2026 (SUNA) – State Minister at the Ministry of Finance, Mohammed Noor AD-Daem, met with Director-General of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD), Professor Ibrahim Adam Ahmed Al-Dukhairi, to review programs following the organization’s resumption of operations in Khartoum. The Minister underscored the need for coordinated efforts in the reconstruction phase and expressed strong support for AOAD’s capacity-building initiative. Discussions also addressed the Minister’s upcoming visit to Washington and meetings with major financial institutions, and their expected impact on reconstruction efforts.
