Amman, Sept. 2 (Petra) – Trading volume at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) on Tuesday stood at JD5.6 million, with 4.2 million shares exchanged through 3,343 transactions.
The general index closed at 2,975 points, down 0.01 points. Out of 105 companies whose shares were traded, 33 made gains while 36 registered declines.
The financial index rose 0.21 percent, the industrial index dropped 0.21 percent, and the services index added 0.21 percent.
