Damascus, March 20 (QNA) – The Syrian Foreign Ministry has denounced the airstrike carried out by Israeli warplanes targeting a military site in Daraa province in southern Syria, considering it a blatant violation of Syrian sovereignty, the principles of international law, and the UN Charter.
In a statement issued today, the ministry affirmed that this aggression is part of an escalating policy pursued by the Israeli occupation, aimed at destabilizing security and stability in the region, and held Israel fully responsible for its repercussions.
The ministry called on the international community and the Security Council to assume their responsibilities to stop these repeated violations and put an end to the Israeli hostile policies. (QNA)
