Kyiv, August 06 (QNA) – Ukrainian authorities announced Thursday that three people were killed and 25 others injured in a Russian attack targeting northern, eastern and southern Ukraine.
The Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform reported that Russian forces targeted the town of Balakliia in eastern Kharkiv region with a drone, killing three people, while six others were injured in the Mykolaiv region.
In Sumy, a Russian guided-bomb attack injured 13 people, while six others were injured in a Russian drone attack in the Kherson region.
The Russia-Ukraine war continues to witness an escalation in reciprocal attacks, with Kyiv intensifying its long-range strikes on targets inside Russian territory in recent months, while Moscow continues to launch missile and drone attacks on Ukrainian cities, foremost among them the capital, Kyiv.
