Atbara, April 19, 2026 (SUNA) — President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, conducted an inspection visit on Sunday to the new military hospital in Atbara to assess the level of equipment and medical services. During the tour, he commended the sincere efforts exerted in completing this medical facility, and praised the role of the Wali of River Nile State, the former commander of the Artillery Corps, and the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company in implementing the project.
