The President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, received on Thursday at the Republican Palace the credentials of Ambassador Wabinga Kalibo Theo as Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the Republic of Sudan, in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Mohi-Eddin Salem. In a press statement, the Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of the Congo affirmed his keenness to develop and strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries, noting that during his tenure as ambassador, he will work toward achieving peace in the Congo as well as achieving peace in Sudan.BH/BH
