President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, visited on Sunday evening the grounds of the celebration marking the birth of the Prophet Mohamed (Peace and Blessings Be Upon Him) at Al-Khalifa Square in Omdurman, amid a warm welcome from citizens. The TSC President toured the sites and tents of the Sufi orders at the celebration grounds, meeting with a number of Sufi sheikhs and citizens and exchanging greetings and congratulations with them on the occasion. Citizens expressed their happiness at the TSC President’s visit and affirmed their warm welcome, while the celebration grounds witnessed an atmosphere of faith and spirituality reflecting the significance of this great religious occasion.BH/BH
