Ankara, April 14 (QNA) – Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone call with his Pakistani counterpart Ishaq Dar to discuss ongoing talks between the United States and Iran and the expected next steps.
Earlier, Fidan also spoke with Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on the latest developments in the negotiations between Tehran and Washington.
Media reports, citing US officials, indicated a new round of talks could take place next Thursday, with preparations underway but no details on delegations. No official confirmation has been issued.
Previous negotiations between Iran and the United States ended without a final agreement, with both sides blaming the other for the lack of progress. (QNA)
