Beirut, May 18 (QNA) – Two people were killed and two others were injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting the town of Douris in the Baalbek district in eastern Lebanon on Monday, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health.
Separately, Israeli warplanes struck and destroyed several houses in the Al-Qalaa area in the Nabatieh district in southern Lebanon, Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) reported.
The report added that Israeli artillery shelled the Al-Marj neighborhood in the town of Kfartebnit, while Israeli aircraft also carried out an airstrike targeting the town of Tebnine in the Bint Jbeil district.
Israeli warplanes also targeted a residential and commercial complex along the Deir Ez Zahrani highway, causing extensive destruction. (QNA)
