Abu Dhabi, July 26 (QNA) – The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned the violations carried by Israeli settlers on villages in the occupied West Bank.

It noted that the latest incident was an arson attack targeting a mosque in Tulkarm, deeming such acts as incitement that provoces sentiments of Muslims and constitutes a form of extremism.

In a statement on Sunday, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned of repeated settler assaults and called on the Israeli occupation government to bear full responsibility and condemn these actions.

The statement further called on the occupation government to hold perpetrators accountable, emphasizing that any failure to do so would be construed as implicit consent, thereby deepening the cycle of hatred, racism, and instability.

The Ministry urged the international community to undertake its responsibility to halt these Israeli violations and avoid further escalation of the situation in the occupied Palestinian territory and the region.

It further stressed the importance of supporting all regional and international efforts to revive the peace process in the Middle East to achieve a just and comprehensive peace, in addition to putting an end to unlawful actions that imperil the two-state solution. (QNA)
