Abu Dhabi, April 8 (Petra) – The United Arab Emirates Defense Ministry said on Wednesday its air defenses intercepted 17 ballistic missiles and 35 drones from Iran, lightly injuring three people.
The ministry, quoted by the Emirates News Agency (WAM), said the missiles were part of a series of Iranian attacks that began in February. Since then, UAE air defenses have dealt with 537 ballistic missiles, 26 cruise missiles, and 2,256 drones, which injured 224 people of various nationalities.
