Abu Dhabi, April 20 (QNA) – HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met on Monday with Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.
The two sides discussed the developments in the Middle East and their implications on the region’s security and stability, in addition to their impact on maritime security and the world economy.
The meeting touched on the Iranian attacks targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure in the UAE and other regional countries.
In this context, the Albanian Premier reiterated his country’s condemnation of these attacks, noting that they constitute a violation of international law and norms and undermine regional security and stability.
Both sides also explored prospects for developing bilateral relations in various fields, especially in the economy, trade, renewable energy, and technology, among others.
The two leaders expressed their keenness to continue strengthening bilateral ties, which continue to see steady progress, and to expand their development partnerships as to drive sustainable economic growth. (QNA)
