Beirut, April 16 (QNA) – A woman was killed and two children were injured Thursday in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a highway in the Saadiyat area of Mount Lebanon Governorate.
Qatar News Agency (QNA) correspondent reported that the airstrike targeted a car on the highway, killing the driver and injuring two children who were with her.
Earlier Thursday , a person was killed in an Israeli airstrike that targeted a car on the Dahr Al Baydar road linking Beirut and the Syrian capital, Damascus.
The Israeli occupation army continues its escalation in southern Lebanon, where, hours ago, it targeted the last remaining bridges connecting the south of the Litani River to the north, and bombed a number of towns and villages with drones. (QNA)
