Irbid, Feb 2 (Petra) – Yarmouk Water Company / Northern Shouneh Water Directorate announced a temporary reduction in water pumping hours for subscribers in the Northern Shouneh areas and communities, due to ongoing works to rehabilitate Well No. 6 in Wadi Al-Arab, the sole source feeding the Muath Bin Jabal reservoir supplying the area.
In a statement issued on Monday, the company said the measures come as part of its plan to improve pumping hours and prepare for the upcoming summer season, stressing that pumping will resume according to the normal schedule once rehabilitation works are completed.
The company called on citizens to understand these temporary measures, which aim to improve services and ensure their sustainability in the coming periods.
