KHARTOUM, June 3, 2026 (SUNA) – Minister of Youth and Sports Professor Ahmed Adam met on Wednesday with a delegation from the Higher Committee of the “Nights of Creativity and Youth Excellence” Festival in support of the Armed Forces under the slogan: “Your Army is Your Support, O Nation.” The meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination to ensure the success of the festival’s activities in the coming period. The minister welcomed the delegation and affirmed the ministry’s full support and cooperation with the Sudanese Youth Forum Authority to ensure the success of the festival, praising the authority’s role in energizing youth and cultural activities and enhancing community participation. The meeting featured fruitful discussions on several issues related to sponsoring and supporting the festival and mechanisms for implementing its programs and activities across the localities of Khartoum State, in a manner that strengthens the role of youth in supporting national causes and promoting the values of creativity, excellence, and giving. Participants stressed the importance of integrating efforts between official institutions and youth organizations to ensure the success of national initiatives targeting youth and contributing to building a more aware and cohesive society. The delegation included Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Serri, Chairman of the Sudanese Youth Forum Authority; Omar Siddig Kambal, Chairman of the Festival’s Higher Committee; Dr. Fairouz Mohamed Balla, Rapporteur of the Higher Committee; Dr. Mohamed Hassan Attia, Chairman of the Cultural Committee; and Al-Hilu Abdullah Al-Hilu, Secretary of Activities at the Authority and Head of the Accompanying Program Committee.BH/BH
