Amman, Jan. 30 (Petra) – The Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) received 6698 complaints related to telecommunications and postal services during the past year, with a processing rate of 95%.
According to a TRC statement on Thursday, a total of 4,494 complaints related to Internet services, while 2, 086 others tackled mobile phone service.
Additionally, 77 and 41 grievances were submitted on landline subscriptions and postal services, respectively during 2024.
The TRC receives and follows up on complaints through the toll-free number (117000) from any landline or mobile phone, or fax number 5690830/06, or Complaints&[email protected].
