Amman, February 5 (Petra) — Criminal Investigation Department officers started an investigation on Wednesday into video clips on social media showing a man assaulting another inside a house.
In a statement, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said the police successfully identified the suspect, who has a criminal record and five outstanding security requests against him.
On Wednesday afternoon, authorities pinpointed the suspect’s location and found him in the company of another individual. A raid was carried out, and both were arrested.
