Amman, February 5 (Petra) — His Majesty King Abdullah II on Wednesday met at Al Husseiniya Palace with heads of the Senate’s permanent committees.
According to a royal court statement, the meeting, attended by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, covered various local, regional, and international issues.
Senate President Faisal Fayez and heads of the Senate’s permanent committees spoke about Senators’ outreach visits to the governorates to communicate with citizens, stressing Jordanians’ support for His Majesty’s leadership and positions.
Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh attended the meeting.
