Amman, Feb. 15 (Petra) -Four people from a single family, a couple and their two children, died from inhaling gas heater emissions inside their house in Dahr al-Saru neighborhood in northern Jerash Governorate.
In a statement Saturday, media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said the governorate’s ambulance crews worked to evacuate the bodies to Jerash Governmental Hospital this morning.
The PSD called on citizens to use heating methods of all kinds “safely and properly,” not to sleep with heaters on and ventilate the house adequately.
